What’s involved?

Fitness & movement consultation*

All memberships include an introductory session with Becky. This involves a 30-minute movement screening so that Becky can assess your fitness, discuss any injuries and see how your body moves during exercise. Plus you’ll get a chance to meet fellow members of our community so you know some friendly faces.

All you need is…
