What makes me different from other online fitness trainers? 
As a working mum of two girls, life is super busy making space for self-care a rare commodity, but I don’t want to compromise on any area of my life. Consequently I put myself first by carving out time to exercise so that I can deal with everything life throws at me with a smile on my face. My aim is to empower others to have the same super power to help them live a fuller life.

Becky’s approach

Decide what YOU really want to achieve through exercise rather than looking at influencers and unrealistic lifestyles for comparison. Think about the difference it will make to your life and your family’s life when you feel fit.  Would you prefer to be able to be more energetic in a race with your kids, feel vibey when walking/running/out and about, enjoy life to the max for as long as you can, feel and look better in clothes, or feel proud of the body you have and know you can ask it to achieve more?

A woman’s journey is huge so celebrate that knowing that you’ve got a strong body which you’ve taken care of so that you can take care of your and everyone else in your family’s needs. Together we’ll build your power slowly so the changes you’ll feel and experience are long term, not short term fixes. 

As a member of be with Becky, you’ll create lifelong habits to help you make your health & wellness a priority by making exercise a top value in your life.  The values in your life which directly link back to your satisfaction with your life are relationships, money, career, health, recreation, spirituality, and friends. They all need to be in balance so my advice is to keep checking in on the value wheel of life – any values which aren’t at number one, need some attention!

I’ll help you get there holding your hand through it coaching you with personal tips without being invasive.  I know how to make exercise work for you to fit around you and your life in order to progress at your own pace allowing you to achieve your goals.

All be with Becky online classes are tailored to embrace a variety of fitness levels and people at different points of recovering from injuries, so please know that I’ll adapt the class to suit everyone - there’s no need to stop moving.  You’ll also find realistic and achievable lifestyle advice which is tried and tested by me and other members of be with Becky tribe.
