Class timetable
Our timetable has been created by Becky for busy people to maximise their time available for fitness. We’ve found back-to-back workouts to be as efficient as a daily workout, and rest days are important too.
Plus each month’s workouts are saved as videos in the members’ area, so you can catch-up (or workout again) at a time that suits you.
