No matter where you’re starting from, whether it be injury recovery, post-partum, or just a beginner, I’m here to support your fitness journey. As a working mum, I know the reality of trying to exercise when you’re busy – and achievable lifestyle advice which is tried and tested by me and other members of be with Becky community.

With over 20 years in the fitness industry, Becky has combined her experience in physiotherapy, personal training and Pilates, to create programmes that empower you to live a stronger, fitter, fuller life.

As a working mum, Becky knows the reality of trying to exercise when you’re busy – so classes are scheduled for those on-the-go all day, and workouts are curated so you can get the most out of your membership.
